Interest Others - Read or Listen

Interesting others has long been determined as the best way to garner support for your own objectives. Scottish philosopher Adam Smith (1723-1790): "It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer or the baker that we expect our dinner, but from their regard for their own interst." This is true when serving customers, inspiring employees or buying from vendors. For Baby Boomer business owners preparing to exit, a win-win stock purchase plan must be established probably with a young person with little to invest(a Milleniel born in 1980 or later). This plan must make possible a way for that young person to carry on your business, expand it, pay himself and make secured payments so you can train, mentor and coach him or her to succeed as you step out of daily activities and later exit completely.

Being Our Values - Read

Values are directly tied to our preferences. The influence our choices and decisions. Thinking leads to speaking, then to action, results and the reality in which we live. Values determine what things we do well or not so good. We can improve skills but natural talent or proclivity is a more crucial component than any amount of training.
